- If subcontracting through the Pear Cares Provider Network, a 15% percentage-based fee will be applied to reimbursements, prior to payment

The implementation process can vary greatly based on the complexity of your organization’s workflows, the number of templates that you want to build, and the level of automation that you want to add. With support from our customer success team, organizations will be guided through planning, building, and testing phases prior to going live, which can take an average 4 weeks. For organizations that want to move faster, Pear Suite offers builder tools and supplemental guides to enable a self-setup option.
Absolutely! Pear Suite can integrate and share data bidirectionally with over 90 Electronic Health Records (EHRs). Please reach out to our team to discuss options and pricing for this add on.
Pear Suite is a web-based platform, so it can be accessed on any computer with an internet connection. The platform can also be accessed on tablets as well as on smart phones through our mobile app.
Never! We offer simple, month-to-month subscription pricing that can be canceled with a 30-day notice.
We do not have an implementation fee or additional charges for training or technical assistance. The only extra fees we collect are for extra data integrations or custom reports and dashboards; however, these cases are rare.
There are a multitude of training options for organizations using our platform. This includes support from our customer success team during implementation, our online wiki guides and videos, and our community learning circles. Pear Suite also offers community health worker education through ongoing training webinars, regular platform and policy updates, and special workshops on topics like Medicaid billing, compliance, working with health plans, and culturally inclusive care. We also partner with multiple training organizations to support CHW certificate programs as well as earn CEU credits.
